We arrive on-site and conduct a thorough inspection any existing conditions, assessing its slope and terrain. We discuss with the clients their vision for their dream home, taking into consideration their budget and the site's specific needs and requirements. Through collaborative brainstorming, We create a personalized plan for mood boards, ideas and planning for the design process.  

The information obtained from the initial meeting will assist in the design of your Dream home, renovation or extension. Scott and the Design manager will conduct another on-site meeting where  Ideas, concepts & budgets are discussed between the client and the design manager for the documentation process.  

The Design Manager is tasked with transforming visions into reality by crafting conceptual designs. Our team of professionals develops each design with careful consideration for the necessary guidelines, checklists, and requirements.  

Upon the conclusion of the documentation phase, clients are invited to our boardroom for a 3D walkthrough that provides an immersive experience of what the residence would be like with the proposed designs in place. This enables clients to envision and get a feel of the place with the changes implemented. 

Making your house a reality, whether it's an existing or a new construction, can take a long time. Dreamline homes can make this process simpler for you. Our team can provide information about design standards, council regulations, building codes, and the elements that would be best for your property. Plus, we'll manage your application with the local council and communicate with city planners, surveyors, engineers, and any other consultants who need to be involved. Finally, we'll get all the necessary permits to get the building of your dream home started quickly, through the required  building surveyors, drafters, and engineers. 

After completing the costing of the finalized design and your material selections, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote that includes the entirety of your project. Scott will sit down with you face-to-face to explain the terms of the agreement, point by point, so that you can understand every aspect of the inclusion and exclusion. You will be given the chance to ask questions, address any ambiguities, and, if need be, make alterations to the scope of the project. 

The fun part! Having signed the building contract, which specifies all inclusions and qualifications, the construction process can now begin. Dreamline Homes, with over 35 years of building experience, guarantees a quality build regardless of the scope.
